Hi, I'm Angela, owner of The Henna House
It all started with a single henna cone given by my friend in 2010. I grew up being a very artistic individual. I took art classes from Grade 7 following through to University. Before henna, I was playing around with acrylic and oil paint. With henna, I was able to explore and fall in love with a whole new medium and form of art. Over the past 10 years, I have developed The Henna House to what it is today. I understand starting a new art can be overwhelming. There is so much information on the internet, and I knew it would be nice to have a streamlined process, so I wanted to create a place for artists where they can learn how to get started with henna, easily.
Fun fact: I am a complete self taught henna artist. When I started, there was no such thing as courses, especially online! I WISH this existed when I started. But now here I am, sharing it with you! I learned the hard way so you don't have to!
